  • Your Virtual Receptionist will contact you asking for business instructions, business brochures / material, call management and escalation process (SMS or transfer) and if bookings required access to your outlook 2007 calendar. Your Virtual Receptionist records your instructions as our operating procedures.
  • All you then need to do is DIVERT your phone (mobile or office) and leave us to do the rest - all within one working day!
